CS-Cart Customers Without Orders Addon will list all the customers without any order for a defined period since registration. It’s a powerful addon that allows the store owner to deal with these customers. Delete them in bulk, export their information like emails so the store owner can send them emails about promotions and etc.

How to use:

Go to admin tab Users->Customers, expand “Advanced search options”, fill in field “No order and registered days”.
