I recently bought this for my MV store in addition to Google address addon. The support from cscartrocks was as predicted, excellent and Louis sorted a small issue I was having with setup in no time at all.
This extension is literally a MUST HAVE for any CS cart store that is using the default cs cart checkout. It is so much more slick and professional with no default address required. It is the missing link for a seamless CS Cart checkout experience.! I have no doubt it will pay for itself very quickly through sales conversions.
